Office Products / Office Furniture Delivery

We’re looking for a professional, organized individual to help with office product and office furniture deliveries and installations. Someone with great attention to detail and a high level of professionalism and a commitment to a job done well.

Previous experience driving a cube van and/or straight truck and furniture assembly is definitely a plus but not required.

The ideal candidate would be:

  • Depdendable and hard working
  • Able to work effectively either independently or part of our team
  • Mechanically inclined and great problem solver
  • G license and clean abstract
  • Able to drive a cube van or 24-foot straight truck
  • Good sense of direction
  • Some computer knowledge
  • Great communicator – both written and oral

The role involves:

The role varies from day to day between office product and office furniture deliveries and pick ups and some receiving.

Deliveriing entails driving a cube van or 24 foot 5-ton straight truck (standard G license) in the Mississauga, Burlington, Oakville, KW and surrounding areas and making deliveries independently or in a team of two.

Office Furniture installations include carefully handling (loading and unloading) office furniture – mostly flat packed but lifting is involved, expertly assembling and installing and assuring complete customer satisfaction.

Receiving entails working in our warehouse in Burlington, confirming products are received correctly and in good condition, processing them in our computer system and putting them away.

Job details:

  • $20.00/hour - plus bonus
  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7am to 3pm (approx..) daily
  • Company benefits
  • Annual profit sharing bonus
